Answer
For the Due Date to show, you need to open the request when it comes in at Awaiting Request Processing or a Custom Queue before you get to In Stacks searching because, in the original status, the Due Date will show at the time the Transaction is opened. If you are in the Transaction status of In Stacks Searching, then you will need to manually add the Due Date.
