I am on a shared server in ILLiad and I am trying to update my LocalInfo table for my site, but I get an error message when I try to save the change

Resolution

On a shared server, you can edit the NVTGC of the LocalInfo field for the NVTGC you are currently using.  To fix this issue, do the following:

  1. On the top left, there is an NVTGC drop-down that is showing "ILL."  Click on the drop-down and select your NVTGC.
  2. Edit the LocalInfo table for your site and save the change.
  3. If you need to edit the NVTGC of another site, you select the NVTGC drop-down for that site and edit the LocalInfo table and save the change.
