These are labeled as NONDELIVERY bec...Items not delivered from WorldShare Collection Manager as New records will appear in records reports with the word NONDELIVERY in the Records not delivered column. These are labeled as NONDELIVERY because they had the collection setting set under "Record Delivery" to "Do not include records already held in WorldCat". Because this was set to not include records already held, the report told them which ones would not be delivered.

You will have to check the repo...Depending on the currency used in the request and the location of your library, they may be showing up on the IFM Fee Management Program Local Currency Borrower Report. You will have to check the report list for each month to see if this report appears. Additionally, the use ILL Fee Management (IFM) must have been checked on the request for IFM to be used for billing and for the item to show on IFM transaction reports (this applies to both the Borrower Report and the Lender Report).
