Why am I receiving emailed reports from Usage for the wrong institution

If you enable reports in Institution Settings > Reports, reports will be available around the time when files of records have been output for your library or, in the case of WorldCat Holdings reports, after there are changes in your holdings in WorldCat. You will not receive an email on days when there is no activity.

To enable this option, you need to input your library's 9-digit cataloging, ILL, or Admin authorization in WorldShare > Metadata > Institution Settings > Reports. If you are getting reports for another institution, the authorization number is likely incorrect. If you do not know your authorization number, contact OCLC Support.

  1. Ensure that your library's 9-digit authorization number (beginning with 100) is added to this section
  2. Click Save
