Why do the two dropdown options on my web page for "Will you accept an alternate edition of this item?" both say "No?"

Search in Customization Manager for they key called WebDefaultAcceptAlternateEdition. Start typing at the top to search.If itthe key set to No, the Yes option should offer both options Yes and the No. If the key is set to No, both options will say No. This is specific to each NVTGC, which can also be changed in th etop left hand corner of Customization Manager.
