In the Billing Manager, I am not seeing any EFTS to generate a file

Symptom
  • When you are in the ILLiad Billing Manager, I do not see EFTS

Resolution

If you do not see EFTS or any files to generate, you need to do the following:

  1. In the Customization Manager, the EFTSActive key needs to be set to "Yes."
  2. You also need to mark the Lender Address Record with the Docline EFTS box checked.
