In 9.1.4.0, I am starting to see a new message in the Copyright for "Licensing Available," what does that mean?

In 9.1.4 the "Granted" status previously used in the Right field has been changed to "Licensing Available." More information is found at the ILLiad Copyright Processing Changes After the CCC Web Service Update documentation page.
