I am searching in the ILLiad Client and I am getting no results

  • When searching in ILLiad from the home screen, you are not seeing any results, even for single-letter searches like "a".

Check for any limiters at the bottom-left of the screen. Remove the limiter by clicking on the X to the left of the box and perform the search again. Contact OCLC Support if the behavior continues.
