How do I set up a print exception for the courier service?

Use the Print Configurations filter optiotn to set up a match string like you would with a routing rule. To learn how to limit on what is printed so that it does not include the courier service, follow the Sorting and Filtering Print Documents document from Atlas This depends on what field is being used for the option to show up as a courier. For example, is it the ShippingOptions field? Then the filter would be Transactions_ShippingOptions <> 'courier'. That would print everything that is not using the ShippingOptions of courier.
