How do I fix it when I am part of a consortium and a lender billed me when they are not supposed to bill for reciprocal sites
Symptom
- The Lender billed the Borrowing site when they are part of a reciprocal agreement to not bill

Resolution
Here are some things the borrower can do to help the lender know that they are not to be billed.
- If the lender is the only one in the string, you could apply a Constant Data record with no fee on it.
- Make sure you have in your Constant Data Record in the Affiliations field the symbols for your different affiliations. For example, LVIS, OLINK.
The lender will see the affiliation and know now to bill the borrower.
