How can I add institutions to my account inside the OCLC service configuration?
Symptoms
- When I sign into the OCLC service configuration I don't see the institution I would like to configure.
- I click Change > Select an Institution and the institution is not listed
- A library collegue has the option to choose the institution but I do not.
- I am asking about adding an Institution that has a different Registry ID then the Institution I am signed into.

Resolution
The registry IDs or institutions that appear in the OCLC Service Configuration when you click Select an Institution are controlled by which Institutions your WorldShare account has been registered under.
- Sign into the registry ID that you wish to access in the service configuration. If you don't have access, contact OCLC Support
- Add your WorldShare account as a registered user to that registry ID.
