How can I batch update a set of MARC records to correct a URL in them?
Symptom
- You need to correct the server path/name used in a URL in a set of records in WorldCat
Applies to
- Connexion client
- Record Manager
- WorldCat.org
- WorldCat Discovery
Resolution
If the URL structure is going to be the same and you can provide a list of the OCNs, then they should be sent to our Bibchange@oclc.org staff so they can make the changes for you. If the URL structure is not going to be the same, then you'll need to update them individually to ensure that they are correct.
