My request comes into WorldShare as a copy/loan request even though I mark it as a loan/copy request

- WorldShare ILL is not honoring your selection of request type in WorldCat.

Resolution
Check whether you have borrower constant data overwriting your selection.
- Sign in to Service Configuration.
- Navigate to WorldShare ILL > Borrower Data.
- Review this page for anything that would affect the request type.
