My borrowing request is marked as Closed/Supplied, but I never received the item. What do I do?

For more information on the request and why it was recalled or closed, you will need to contact the lending library. OCLC Support cannot re-open a request, so a new request will likely have to be created. You can find lender contact information in the OCLC Policies Directory.

If the request was closed by accident but is still in transit, you can work with the lender to submit a new request with adjusted dates.

If the lender did not or cannot ship the item, you can submit a new request, omitting this lender from your lender string.
