How do I create an eBook ILL request?

Creating a request for an eBook is very similar to creating a request for a print monograph. You'll follow the usual WorldShare ILL workflow for creating the request.

  1. Refer to the instructions for creating a WorldShare ILL request using the Create borrowing requests using Discover Items workflow.
  2. After the lending library agrees to fill the request, they will contact you directly with instructions on how to access the eBook.
  3. Once you have accessed the eBook, complete the request following Borrowing Requests workflow.
