How do I create an electronic delivery method in the ILL Policies Directory?

Answer

Follow the instructions below to create an electronic delivery method:

1. In OCLC Policies Directory, click on the Contacts tab.
2. Click Add in the top right corner.
3. Select Ariel, Article Exchange, Electronic, or ILLiad from the Contact Type drop-down list.
4. Fill out all information
5. Click Save.
6. In OCLC Service Configuration, navigate to WorldShare ILL > Borrower Data.
7. Select the newly configured electronic delivery method from the Electronic Delivery Service choice drop-down menu.
8. Click Save.
