Article Exchange errors

Issue

Borrowing request errors

You receive an error message that says We apologize, there seems to be a problem with the module you are accessing. Please come back later or try a different module. while performing one of the following actions:
  • Creating or editing a custom holdings group
  • Deleting a custom holdings group

User portal errors

Issue
You receive one of the following error messages after submitting the ILL request form:
  • Request could not be created. If you continue to have issues submitting the form, contact the library. Revise. Missing or invalid Status.
  • Try Again. Errors occurred submitting form. Revise. Missing or invalid Status.
