Why am I receiving a "Failed to send email. A system error has occurred" error when sending Article Exchange emails?

Symptom
  • The error message "Failed to send email. A system error has occurred" appears when sending Article Exchange emails in Tipasa or WorldShare ILL.

Resolution

Contact OCLC Support with your library symbol and the Request ID of the request you are trying to send email for.
