Why is my ILLiad Default Holdings Option grayed out in Borrowing?
Symptom
- When you are in OCLC and looking for Holdings, the Default Holdings is grayed out

Resolution
In the ILLiad Customization Manager, there are two keys for Custom Holdings that are blank in which you need to fill in:
- OCLCILLoanHoldingsPath - For Loans
- OCLCILLArticleHoldingsPath - For Articles
After you fill them in, you will need to restart the ILLiad Client.
