Why is it that every time I get a request for an institution the Lender Address window opens up?

Answer
When the Lender Address window opens up, that means the incoming address cannot match what the incoming address has versus what you have in the Lender Address table. You will need to update your Lender Address by adding a new record or modifying a current record.
