Tabs can be missing from ILLiad if the user does not have permission to view them. Here's how to fix them:
- Log in to the Staff Manager and click on the user experiencing the issue.
- Look at the users Transactions Permissions on the lower right. Missing "write" permissions will result in missing tabs above the ribbon, and missing "read" permissions will result in missing tabs from within the 🏠Main tab. After making the changes, select Save, reopen the Client, and make sure the tabs are there. If not, contact OCLC Support.
