Here are the differences between Request Finished and Delivered to Web::
- Request Finished is completed and no more action needs to be taken by staff or patron.
- Delivered to Web means a document is ready to be viewed by the patron. For the Patron to view the PDF file, the transaction status must be at Delivered to Web.
