We are an ILLiad Hosted site and we made a change in our Customization Manager for an email setting, do we need to contact OCLC to do anything?

Yes, you do.  We need to restart the ILLiad System Manager service so the new setting is applied to the Email service.  After the service is restarted, it is good practice to restart the ILLiad Client.
