Unable to send articles through the Bookeye Scanner

Symptom
  • You are seeing an error message saying that is it unable to find Article retrieval information.

Resolution

To test if your credentials are working and that the file will upload, you should do the following:

1.  Go to the Article Exchange upload site
2.  Log on with your Authorization and password you have set up in your Bookeye scanner settings.
3.  Upload the file you are trying to send.

If the file uploads, then you need to check with Bookeye why you are having the issue.

If your file does not upload, you need to check the size of the file you are sending.  If it is more than 120 MB, then it is too large.  You should also check the Article Exchange Information on any other restrictions.
