- After logging in, the ILLiad Client takes a while to load.
If the loading screen or splash screen stays longer than you expect, look at what it says it's loading.
In the above example, the Client has spent a while "Loading Layouts..." and most of the other screens go away quickly. If we go into the Staff Manager, click on the user, and select Delete Layout and Grid Settings, it will delete the custom layouts of the user, and the Client will load more quickly.
Note where the loading screen hangs, and if you're unable to resolve the issue, contact OCLC Support.
