It is the end of the calendar year and I am trying to say yes to a renewal request and the Connection Manager is giving me an error message

Symptom
  • You are sending a new renewal date at the end of the year and you are getting a Connection Manager error

Resolution

If you are changing the date yourself, make sure that the year is the next year if the renewal date is in January, February or March.  The problem is that you might be changing the month and day, but not the year.
