Is it okay if I set up a Custom queue for Items Recalled from Customer, or will this cause issues?
Symptom
- You have requests that you recalled from the customers and you want to set up a custom queue and want to know if this will cause any issues with ILLiad

Resolution
The only tricky part of leaving the item in Loans Recalled from Patrons is that Overdue processing won't pick them up and your patrons are not notified. You can manually re-route to Checked Out to Customer so the patrons can be sent Overdue messages.
