Symptom
- You are finding Web Request Created queue is showing up and there is no information in the Transaction

Resolution
You can route the request to "Request Finished" because you cannot do anything with the request.
Additional information
These are records that are in a Transitory Status. They were never completely submitted to ILLiad.
