If I want all incoming ILLiad Lending requests to have the Default Shipping method to be US Mail, how do I set this up?

Resolution

To set up the Default Shipping method to be US Mail, you need to do the following:

  1. Set the LendingDefaultLoanShipping and the LendingDefaultArticleShipping set to "US Mail" and save the change.
  2. Restart the ILLiad Connection Manager service.
  3. Restart all the ILLiad Clients you use.
