- You have outgoing notifications showing in a "Pending" status and you need them to go out
When notifications are showing in "Pending" status, that means the ILLiad System Manager service is either stuck or not running. Here is what you need to do:
- If you are self-hosted, contact your Web Server Administrator and have the ILLiad System Manager service restarted.
- If you are hosted by OCLC, please contact OCLC Support. We will let you know when the service is restarted.
