I am getting a Fatal Error 1603 when trying to upgrade the ILLiad Client

Answer
Make sure you right-click on the ILLiad Client shortcut and "Run as Administrator."
Additional information
You need Administrative privileges to run the upgrade and that is why you received the error message.
