How do you update the Drop Down Menus in the ILLiad Client in the Patron record?

- You want to know how to update the Drop-down menus in the ILLiad Client such as Status so it has a list of entries you want to see

Resolution
You need to update the CustomDropDown table in the ILLiad Customization Manager for the different fields you want to have the different options you want to see. Fields like Status or Department are updated in the CustomDropDown table. Please see the User Dropdown Fields documentation for more information.
