After 9.1.5.0 upgrade for the ILLiad Client, the Billing Manager, the WebPlatform or Database Manager are getting a version mismatch

You need to go to the Customization Manager and update the VersionBillingManager from 9.1.0.0 to 9.1.1.0 and save the change.  The Billing Manager will work after that.  You might have the same issue with other items such as the VersionWebPlaform. or the VersionDatabaseManager key.  You will need to update them to 9.1.1.0.

If you are on a shared drive, all sites need to be updated to 9.1.1.0 for those keys.
