Symptom
- You get the error "Macro feature is unavailable. Macro component service is not running or not available" when trying to run macros after installing Connexion client 3.X

Resolution
The OCLC ComService support app needs to be reinstalled. This article explains how to uninstall all three Connexion client components, including the ComService. Once removed, reinstall the client as usual and try running your macro.
