Why do the left and right directional buttons in Project Client not work?

Project Client will display all items within a single scrolling page before creating a new page that can be selected once the maximum number of items is exceeded. The maximum number of items displayed on one page is as follows:
- Find in Collection tab: 1,000 items
- Project tab: 5,000 items
