When I attempt a mass borrower change the menu is greyed out

Symptom
  • When I go to Borrower > TableMenu, the option to Mass Borrower change is grey out and cannot be used

Resolution

The reason will be one of two problems:

  1. The Mass Borrower Change menu option ONLY works with a saved file of borrowers.
    • Ensure the list of Borrowers have been saved and the saved file used when displaying the file, ready to perform a mass borrower change
  2. It maybe that the current User does not have permissions to use the Mass Borrower change menu option.
    • This can be solved by going into Supervisor > Usernames > User Security and giving the Mass Borrower change option to the User as required
