Mass change catalogue reference number

This procedure is used to mass change catalogue numbers for Stockitems e.g. for class sets.

1. Create a saved file of Stockitems, then display this file
   
2. Select Table > Mass Item Change
3. Select CatRefNo, type the catalogue number and select Paste
   
4. Select F3 Update
   
   These Stockitems must now be refreshed from the catalogue
5. Navigate to Main > Stockitem > StockitemAutoLink
6. Select Refresh all items from the catalogue and choose Get File
   
7. Choose F9 Select and highlight the file
   
8. Click on Start
   
9. Select OK
   
10. A popup will advise how many Stockitems were altered
