CapiraCurbside Configurations overview

Learn about the necessary information to get started configuring CapiraCurbside.

After you submit your discovery questionnaire, your instance of Curbside will be created and integrated with ILS. You will receive the following information to get started.

  • Public interface URL
  • Staff interface URL
  • Default staff login credentials

You will need to take a few moments to review the staff interface and provide the following information:

  • Set Closed Dates: Any dates that your library is closed, or will not be providing curbside service, should be added here.Set Time Slots:
  • Set Time Slots: Create custom time slots, which can be assigned to any day of the week.
  • Set Pickup Locations: Set options for each physical pickup location, allowing patrons to choose whether items should be picked up from a specific area such as a parking lot, individual marked stalls, or garages.
  • Set Delivery Options: Set delivery options, allowing patrons to choose to have items delivered to a specific area of their vehicle such as the trunk or back seat.
