We are a WMS library. Why can't I add a phone number for SMS delivery notifications to an account?

SMS notifications are only available for Tipasa subscribers. WMS libraries can send out email notifications but not SMS notifications. You will not be able to add a phone number or check the "Send SMS Updates?" checkbox in the Basic User Data.
