The Identity Management section is missing in WorldShare Admin. Where did it go?

When libraries use third party authentication, patrons are updated with a patron load file that is submitted to OCLC.  The identity management section is not visible because patrons are updated during the patron load process.  When this process is used, the system does not allow records to be updated individually in WorldShare Admin.  In order to make changes to patron records, please contact your system administrator.
