Why did my borrowing request come back as unfilled?

When a borrowing request comes back as unfilled, you can view the reasons why the lending libraries marked the request as No in the Request History.

  1. Scroll to the bottom of the request page and expand the Request History accordion
  2. The Request History lists the date the request was denied, the supplier's symbol, and their reason for denying the request

You can then resend the request after updating the lender string or choosing different lenders who show holdings on that item.
