Where can I find the request history?

The Request History for ILL requests is situated at the end of the horizontal tab list at the top of the ILL request. It is just to the right of the Staff Notes tab. Here, you can find information on why suppliers have answered your request with 'No' or as 'Conditional', or check on the status of the request. It isn't possible to see which WorldShare users or staff members created or edited a request.
