Is it possible for the lender to edit the borrower's shipping address on a submitted request?

Symptom
  • Something about the setup of the Borrower's Ship To address makes it unable to be used as the mailing label so the lender wants to re-write it.

If you believe that there is something wrong with the borrowing library's Ship To address, we ask that you contact them to confirm its accuracy or setup.
