How can I print a label for a request I've already set to returned?
Symptom
- You set an item to returned before clicking the box to have labels made and need to find a way to get the labels made despite the difference in the status of the request.

Resolution
Click on the downward facing arrow on the far right side of the Actions box next to Print now. Select the option to Add to Request Print Queue. This will add this title to the Print queue where you can have labels and bookstraps created for the request again.
