How can I keep fines from accumulating on my WMS Interlibrary loan transactions?

Symptom

• Fines are being applied to interlibrary loan transactions in WMS. 

Applies to

• WorldShare ILL
• Tipasa
• WMS Circulation

Resolution

Add a Loan policy to Service Configuration > WMS Circulation > Loan Policy that applies specifically to Interlibrary loans and make sure the Overdue Periodic Bill field is set to blank.
