Article is stuck in transit from article exchange, why is this happening?

There are a few possibilities:
- The lender forgot to upload the document
- The lender is sending the document via another method (email or mail)
- If there is an Article Exchange URL in the request, but the request is still showing In Transit, it means the borrower still needs to mark the request Received.
The resolution is for the borrowing library to contact the lender and ask whether they forgot to upload the PDF or sent it by another means.
