When reporting an issue with My Account, it's very helpful to include the Request ID. It can be found at the bottom of the screen on which the issue occurred. Including this information allows us to directly trace what happened on the request we are troubleshooting.
For libraries with Tipasa
If your library has set a limit for the number of active requests, the message below previously displayed on the patron request form to inform your users of the request limit.
Because many users found this message to be confusing, it has now been removed.
NOTE: If you are interested in setting a request limit for your library's users, go to OCLC Service Configuration > WorldShare ILL > Patron Settings. Under Patron Request Management, enter the maximum number for active requests.
Active requests include all in-process loan and copy requests for borrowing, document delivery, and purchasing. Requests that have been returned by the library user to the borrowing library have a status of Complete in My Account and are not counted as active requests. For more information, see Create Request and Patron Settings.
We recommend that you communicate your library's ILL request limit to your users via your library website or user education. In addition, consider including a note on your sign-in page or request form(s). For information about including a Note to Patron on request form(s), see Request Forms | Patron Section Fields.
For a list of current and recently fixed issues, see Known issues for My Account.
