What are Predefined Queries or Searches in Relais, and what do the different kinds mean?

Predefined Queries are a set of searches that aid in processing requests. Here are the searches and their descriptions:

Requesting
Name: Requests Over 5 Days Old
Description: Shows patron requests that have a date entered older than 5 days

Name: Pending Requesting       
Description: Looks for requests in the request processing event that are currently at an external Supplier.

Supplying
Name: Requests Over 3 Days Old
Description: Looks for requests that are from an external library that have a date entered older than 3 days and have not yet been processed by a staff member.

Name: Pending Lending
Description: Looks for requests that are from an external library that have not yet been processed by a staff member.

Name: Pending Document Supply
Description: Looks for patron requests that have not yet been processed by a staff member.
