The Relais Portal displays this error: Request number is not in prerequisite state
Symptom
- The Relais Portal shows an error that says, "Request number is not in prerequisite state"

Resolution
This error occurs only in the portal and can be bypassed by using the Windows Client. If the request does not move, contact OCLC Support.
