How to disable the Billing Manager in ILLiad

Symptom
  • You want to disable the Billing Manager and you do not want anyone to access the Billing Manager
Applies to

ILLiad Billing Manager, Staff Manager, Customization Manager, and ILLiad Client

Resolution
  1.  In the Customization Manager, change the Billing Manager Live to No and save the change.
  2. In the ILLiad Staff Manager, Deselect the three boxes for Billing Manager - Borrowing, Billing Manager - Document Delivery, Billing Manager - Lending.
  3. Save the change.  You will have to do step 2 for every Librarian on the site.
  4. Restart the ILLiad Client.
